Client: National Storage (via FDC & DLR Construction) Location: Various Sites – QLD Market: Commercial – Storage & Logistics Capabilities: Full design and construct fire systems across multiple greenfield developments
Scope of Work: Brisbane Fire Protection has successfully delivered multiple greenfield fire system installations for National Storage across Queensland. These projects are delivered under design and construct arrangements in collaboration with project architects and engineered performance solution providers. Each facility is developed in partnership with tier-one builders such as FDC and DLR Construction, with individual contract values exceeding $1 million.
Each site typically comprises multiple standalone buildings across a large footprint, with up to three levels per building. The fire protection scope includes the installation of approximately 2,000 sprinklers per facility, configured with dedicated fire pump sets and water storage tanks. BFP has been responsible for the complete delivery of each system, encompassing fire detection, EWIS, smoke detection, VESDA aspirating systems, and integrated interfacing fire panels.
These projects demand tight turnaround and fast-tracked construction programs, and Brisbane Fire Protection has consistently demonstrated its capability to maintain high-quality standards while meeting compressed construction timelines across multiple concurrent builds.
